I don't have FFDShow installed so I cannot verify this.
From there, click on "Edit" and select your Fallout 3 executable. I found a wide myriad of "solutions" to the crashing issues that Fallout 3 brings to the table. Fallout 3, for me, kept crashing about once every 5-10 minutes, or 15 minutes if I was lucky.
